Moisture meters for high-conductivity materials

A new series of moisture analyzers (moisture meters) is designed to measure materials with high electrical conductivity such as salts, chemical sludge, sewage sludge, anthracite, ion exchange resins, etc. These analyzers can also be used to measure concentrations of salt, acid and alkali solutions.

Moisture meter for concrete-mixing machines

The moisture meter FIZEPR-SW100.17.X is designed for measuring the moisture (in percentage) of liquid and bulk materials. Its main purpose is measurement of water content in the concrete mixture directly inside the concrete-mixing machine, consistency and quality control of mixture agitation and its mobility.

MOISTURE METER FOR LIQUID MATERIALS

The moisture meter FIZEPR-SW100.20, -SW100.21, -SW100.12  is designed  to measure moisture in liquid materials, such as oil, fuel oil, petroleum, alcohol, coal-water slurry fuel (CWSF or CWS or CWF -  is a fuel which consists of fine coal particles suspended in water), sludge, etc. 

The sensor is made as a pipe section with flanges of stainless steel. There is a probe inside the pipe made as a flat-topped stick ​​of stainless steel of the same grade.

In-line moisture meters FIZEPR‑SW100.1x are designed for monitoring grain drying in grain dryers, but are also used for measuring moisture content of grain and grain products stored in bunkers. The high operating temperature of the sensors allows them to be integrated directly into grain drying equipment.

Sawdust and chip moisture meters

FIZEPR-SW100.10.x moisture meters are designed for measuring the fraction of water contained in bulk materials including in sawdust and chips. The principle of moisture meter operation is based on probing the medium with metric radio waves.
